SSS-accredited bank or to the Cashiering Department at the SSS head office at East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City

How to File:

The Real Estate Loan Form (REL-9) can be used by any SSS member to pay his or her monthly housing loan amortizations.

You must fill up Form REL-9 using black ink and submit it in four (4) copies together with your loan payment to the nearest SSS-accredited bank or to the SSS Cashiering Department, SSS building, East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City.
