Pursuant to Section 16(e) of R.A. No. 6657, as amended, and the Certification of Deposit (COD)
issued by the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) on _________________________ in the name of
________________________________________________________(name of landowner), you are
hereby directed to take actual and physical possession of the said landholding within five (5) days
from receipt of this Memorandum and to proceed with the preparation of the Land Distribution
Folder (LDF) of the subject landholding in preparation for the distribution of the awarded land to
qualified beneficiary/ies in the Master List of Qualified Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (CARPER LAD
Form No. 31 or CARPER LAD Form No. 35) and the duly accomplished Application to Purchase and
Farmer’s Undertaking (CARPER LAD Form No. 37).
You are also directed to determine the existence of any unharvested standing crops in the subject
land/s in accordance with the existing guidelines on standing crops.
