REQUIREMENTS FOR BUREAU OF JAIL MANAGEMENT AND
PENOLOGY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

1. Qualified dependents of deceased BJMP personnel who died in
the line of duty or separated from the service thru Complete
Disability Discharge (CDD) and approved by the BJMP National
Adjudication Board.
2. NSO copy of death certificate, marriage contract, and birth
certificate of the qualified dependent.
3. School report card/ Form 137.
4. School assessment of tuition fee.
5. Certificate of enrolment and registration.
6. Original copy of official receipt of tuition fee.
7. Photocopy of school ID.
8. Accomplished BJMP Scholarship Application Form.
9. Two (2) copies of latest 2X2 pictures.
The application will be approved by the BJMP Scholarship
Program Committee.
