Statement of Confidentiality, Impartiality,
Financial and Political Pressures

I agree to treat as strictly confidential all documents and information provided by any client of
BPS/DTI for purposes of Product Certification Scheme. Except as required by law, I will neither copy
any document nor divulge any information to any third party without the written prior consent from
BPS/DTI clients.

Further, in the performance of my duties and responsibilities relating to the product
certification activities of the BPS, I hereby state under oath that I shall always act with impartiality
and shall be free from any financial and political pressure.

In the event that there is a reason to believe that there exist a political or financial pressure
that may lead to partiality in the performance of duties and responsibilities, I shall voluntarily inhibit
from such activity.

I accept this as a binding agreement.
