This is to certify that the undersigned will not seek to remit foreign
exchange abroad for purposes of remittance of profits and dividends and
capital repatriation in connection with the foreign investment made under
RA 7042.
In case remittance will be made, the undersigned shall inform Central
Bank of such remittance.
