In connection with the application for accreditation of our company,

we hereby allow the Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau's duly authorized
representative/s to conduct visit/ocular inspection on the premises of our
Offices/Warehouses from 8:00am to 5:00pm during regular working days, and
interview the Chief Operating Officer and/or Operations Manager, in
compliance with Section 11, 33 and 34 of PSB Administrative Order No. 6,
Series of 2005, governing the accreditation of freight forwarders.
