Pursuant to Section 6 of Republic Act No. 6657, as amended, and the Department of Agrarian Reform’s (DAR’s)
existing implementing rules and regulations (IRRs), you have the right to a retention area of five (5) hectares of
your landholding covered under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) and to choose the area you
wish to retain within a period of thirty (30) days as stipulated in the Notice of Coverage received/published on

Per our records, however, you have failed to choose your retention area within the prescribed period. Hence, the
