The Phividec Industrial Authority (PIA) is a fully owned and controlled corporation of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines.
It is mandated to identify and develop sites as prospective industrial areas. PHIVIDEC-IA will equip these areas with the necessary infrastructures to encourage the inflow of domestic and foreign investments. The development of these sites is in accordance with the Philippine Government's policy to disperse industries to the countryside as a means of equitably distributing resources, and as a vehicle to catalyze and sustain social and economic development in the Philippines.
